At HubZee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within [7 or 14 days] of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., makeup, razors, undergarments)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
How to Request a Return

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  • Wait for our team to approve and share return instructions
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
  • If paid by Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit
Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or card provider
  • Contact your payment service
