Return Eligibility
You can request a return within [7 or 14 days] of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., makeup, razors, undergarments)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
- Wait for our team to approve and share return instructions
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
- If paid by Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping
- For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns
